Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of Service

InvoiceHandy provides mobile invoicing, quote estimation, expense receipt organization, and a client web portal (/v/{token}) for independent tradespeople and contractors.

2. Free Tier & InvoiceHandy Pro Subscriptions

• Free Starter Quota: Free users may issue up to 3 official invoices per calendar month and create unlimited quotes.
• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: InvoiceHandy Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions unlock unlimited invoices, AI Voice Fill, AI Receipt OCR, custom company logos on A4 PDFs, and 1-tap Accountant Tax Pack ZIP exports.
• Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3. Tax & Accounting Disclaimer

InvoiceHandy calculates subtotals, tax rates (VAT / Sales Tax / MwSt / TVA), and profit summaries using integer minor-unit arithmetic based on your selections. You remain solely responsible for verifying compliance with local tax authorities (such as HMRC, IRS, or EU tax agencies).
